Chapter 10 - Please respond by Thursday, October 27
Make some predictions about Amir's future. Do you think that Amir and Hassan will ever see one another again. Under what circumstances will they or won't they?
I predict that Amirs future is going to be a much more difficult one then he could have ever believed before the wars started, the constant hiding and running, looking for a safe haven. I believe hes going to lose some close people in his life and do some regrettable things. I think that at some point throughout the book Amir and Hassan will meet again, If the city they were being transported to was a safe place for Amir and his father, why wouldn't Hassan and his find the same answer?
I see amirs future being very conflicting. His want to please his father is so strong I think he will do almost anything to achieve that. I see a lot of regret. Its hard to predict this book, every time I think I may have something right about the out come of the situation I am completely wrong.
I think that up until this point in Amis's life he has known very little hardship. If this chapter is any indication of his future, then I think he will see lots of new and unfortunate things. I also think that he will carry around the shame of his actions for most of his life. I do think he will see Hassen again and I also think that Hassen will greet him with open arms. I think that when they meet again they will both have grown up.
